Complete, sown ground cover. On biological conduction since 2016, no pesticides no herbicides.
The vineyards are located on a hill at different altitudes between 225 and 370 meters above sea level. The soils are typical of the Monferrato: clayey and chalky. East and West exposure.
The harvest takes places in the first half of September, in order to make sure that grapes have reached the needed level of on-plant maturation that can give to the wine the typical acidity and balance. The harvest is by hand, in baskets, with grape selection in the cellars.
The grapes are handly destemmed and then the juice it is left for a day on skin contact in order to obtain a round wine with a high level of complexity. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures (15/16 C).

TASTING NOTES AND FOOD PARING
Very intense straw yellow color, with a nose of pear and light flowers notes of exotic fruits. In the mouth it is fresh with mineral aromas, full and persistent.
This wine is tasty, pleasant to the palate, with refreshing acidity and good complexity. Perfectly paired with lamb and red meat in general.
