Fermentation takes place with the use of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, after a two-day maceration, followed by aging in steel. This product wants to revive the old winemaking tradition of the long maceration of the juice with the peel during the vinification of whites.

TASTING NOTES AND FOOD PARING
It has a copper color, which is similar to onion skins. The scent is delicate, reminiscent of acacia flowers, pear and exotic fruits. The taste is dry, tasty, round, with a balanced structure. It is suitable for various combinations, from dry soups with persistent sauces, egg-based dishes up to cooked or fried meat and chicken.
