The resulting elegant and pulpy wine derives its beautiful onion color from fermentation on the skins. This traditional method of vinification dates back to the times when the wine obtained in the area was called “Rùlander”.

TASTING NOTES AND FOOD PARING
It has a copper color, which is similar to onion skins. The scent is delicate, reminiscent of acacia flowers, pear and exotic fruits. The taste is dry, tasty, round, with a balanced structure. It is suitable for various combinations, from dry soups with persistent sauces, egg-based dishes up to cooked or fried meat and chicken.
